Please click on the cancel button in your parent portal! We require 4 weeks notice from the date of your last payment. Cancellations can only be done in the parent portal and will not be accepted via any other communication.

As long as there is a space in another class we can transfer you over. If there is not a space at the time of you requesting to transfer you will be placed on a waiting list. We will then contact you when your place comes up. Please go to your child's profile and click request stadium transfer.

Don't worry, we know our little ones have better social lives than us parents sometimes! Our coaches take a register every week so no need to notify us if you are just missing a week or 2.

We have 3 age specific groups and so at some point in your little one's TeamDiddi journey they will be promoted. This will either be when they turn 2.5 years or 3.5 years old. Children already with us are prioritised getting a space in the older class before a child is invited down off the waiting list. You will recieve an email and text when your child is moved up a class.

The reason we have our cut off age as 5 years is because a lot of children will join their school team or a local grass roots team once they turn 5 years old. We understand that not every child feels confident at 5 to join a team. Therefore if your child is still enjoying their classes with us they can stay as long as they want.

We run year round with the exception of 2 weekends at Christmas, the last 2 in August and 1 week at Easter. Customers will all receive an email to remind of the closures as well as being informed in the weeks prior by the coaches at the stadiums. Our next closure is Christmas - 16th December to 2nd January 2025

You would need to order a new chart from the online shop located on the diddikicks website. We do not replace any blue stickers lost.

We do indeed! Every child added alongside a paying full price child via the parent portal, will automatically receive sibling discount which will be £14.99 a month for the 2nd child onwards. This discount will only apply for as long as the first full paying child is with us.
