When a customer requires assistance or more information about our classes they contact Diddi-HQ via telephone, email and social media. We help them as quickly and as efficiently as possible, always striving to give them the best experience – and we’re great at it!
The Operational Assistant keeps on top of customer messages, setting expectations and handling them in accordance with documented processes whilst also taking responsibility of our various social media channels. These include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Review sites – ensuring regular content, scheduling posts/ads, encouraging engagement and responding to posts/tags. An Operational Assistant is an excellent communicator and time manager, juggling multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day.
